Move in Ready Homes

BENLIC builds new homes and rehabilitates previously vacant homes. Once BENLIC completes construction, all they need is a new owner! Some sales are subject to buyer income restrictions. Please check with the listed realtor for more details, restrictions, or showing availability.

Several move-in ready homes are expected to be listed in Spring 2025.

Vacant Lots

BENLIC will consider all offers for the lots listed in the following map. Please check with local municipal officials to determine buildability and use of a lot before offer submission. Buyers purchasing adjacent vacant land may be required to combine their new lot with their existing property.

Vacant to Value Properties

Looking for a fixer-upper? Vacant to Value homes are sold in an as-is condition. Buyers will need to adhere to an assigned scope of work and complete these repairs within one-year of purchase. Successful applicants must demonstrate the required funds and experience to complete these complex projects.

BENLIC currently has no Vacant-to-Value eligible properties in its inventory. Please check back in Fall 2025.
